arm64: dts: rockchip: Modify I2C instances for Rock960 family boardsrock960
Rock960 family boards such as Ficus and Rock960 are exposing different
I2C instances on LS header. Hence, move the LS instances to individual
board dts and keep the HS ones in shared dtsi with labels.
