net-caif: add CAIF socket implementation
Implementation of CAIF sockets for protocol and address family PF_CAIF and AF_CAIF. CAIF socket is connection oriented implementing SOCK_SEQPACKET and SOCK_STREAM interface with supporting blocking and non-blocking mode.
