2009-12-15Blackfin: convert to generic checksum codeMike Frysinger
The Blackfin port only implemented an optimized version of the csum_tcpudp_nofold function, so convert everything else to the new generic code. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2009-10-07Blackfin: mass clean up of copyright/licensing infoRobin Getz
Bill Gatliff & David Brownell pointed out we were missing some copyrights, and licensing terms in some of the files in ./arch/blackfin, so this fixes things, and cleans them up. It also removes: - verbose GPL text(refer to the top level ./COPYING file) - file names (you are looking at the file) - bug url (it's in the ./MAINTAINERS file) - "or later" on GPL-2, when we did not have that right It also allows some Blackfin-specific assembly files to be under a BSD like license (for people to use them outside of Linux). 2009-02-04Blackfin arch: Faster Implementation of csum_tcpudp_nofold()Michael Hennerich
Avoid conditional branch instructions during carry bit additions. Special thanks to Bernd. Simplify: Use ((len + proto) << 8) like every other __LITTLE_ENDIAN__ machine Cc: Bernd Schmidt <bernds_cb1@t-online.de> Signed-off-by: Michael Hennerich <michael.hennerich@analog.com> Signed-off-by: Bryan Wu <cooloney@kernel.org>
2009-01-07Blackfin arch: fix bug - crashes in tcp_v4_send_resetBernd Schmidt
Michael says that some bugs are crashes in tcp_v4_send_reset. There's a missing clobber of "CC" in our checksum assembly statement; fixing this makes the generated code look much saner. Signed-off-by: Bernd Schmidt <bernds_cb1@t-online.de> Signed-off-by: Bryan Wu <cooloney@kernel.org>
