2017-08-22ALSA: ice1712: Add support for STAudio ADCIIITakashi Iwai
STAudio ADCIII has the same SSID as Hoontech STDSP24, but requires a slightly different configuration. This patch allows user to choose this model via model=staudio option to set the proper configuration for the board. 2017-08-06ALSA: ice1712: add const to snd_akm4xxx structuresBhumika Goyal
Declare snd_akm4xxx structures as const as they are only passed to the function snd_ice1712_akm4xxx_init. This argument is of type const, so make the structures const. 2014-11-14ALSA: ice1712: remove unneeded return statementSudip Mukherjee
the functions: snd_ice1712_akm4xxx_build_controls snd_ice1712_build_pro_mixer snd_ctl_add snd_ak4114_build prodigy192_ak4114_init snd_ak4113_build are all returning either 0 or a negetive error value. so we can easily remove the check for a negative value and return the value instead. 2012-12-07ALSA: pci: remove __dev* attributesBill Pemberton
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As result the __dev* markings will be going away. Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit. Signed-off-by: Bill Pemberton <wfp5p@virginia.edu> Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
2012-10-18ALSA: ice17xx: Fix inclusion of linux/io.hTakashi Iwai
Include linux/io.h in ice1712.h since inb() and outb() are used in inline functions there. Remove the redundant inclusion of that file in other places at the same time. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
2008-04-24[ALSA] ice1712 - Fix hoontech MIDI inputAlan Horstmann
Fixes the problems with Midi In on Hoontech/STA dsp24 cards, for example with DSP2000 box, without restricting the box configurations available. Also adds mpu_401 name strings. Signed-off-by: Alan Horstmann <gineera@aspect135.co.uk> Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
2008-01-31[ALSA] ice1712, ice1724 - Code clean upTakashi Iwai
Clean up ice1712/ice1724 codes. The board-specific data is allocated locally in each code instead of having an ungly union in struct ice1712. Also, fix coding issues in prodigy_hifi.c. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de> Signed-off-by: Jaroslav Kysela <perex@perex.cz>

2008-01-31[ALSA] Remove sound/driver.hTakashi Iwai
This header file exists only for some hacks to adapt alsa-driver tree. It's useless for building in the kernel. Let's move a few lines in it to sound/core.h and remove it. With this patch, sound/driver.h isn't removed but has just a single compile warning to include it. This should be really killed in future. Gcc like its __devinitdata readable not const, it seems. An alternative fix would be to remove the __devinitdata attribute but that would result in slight runtime bloat. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
